Probably one of my favourite dinner ideas this year. Was racking my brain to figure out what I was having for dinner, since I came home super late from work, then remembered still had a pack of New Zealand Mussels in the freezer.
The best part about that pack is that I can just microwave it to cook it. 6 minutes in there while I got to work on the other ingredients. Prepped my veggies, separated the mussels from the shells, burnt my curry, added other spices and the resultā¦
Was sooooooooo good. Definitely a 10, would recommend trying your own variation.
